The use of videos in education has been popular for decades. However, with the overstimulation of learners in recent years and a global pandemic that has presented more and more visual aids and distractions, using videos seems like no news to neither learners nor educators.

This talk by Lucero Aguilar, Academic Consultant for MM Publications – Mexico, aims to reflect on the use of visual materials in class and present a plan for using videos effectively without felling them as just a filler or a break from the teacher’s talking time.
