Jason Howell Phillips (born October 11, 1966) is the offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach for the Houston Cougars football team, which represents the University of Houston. He is also a former professional American football player who played as wide receiver for five seasons for the Detroit Lions and Atlanta Falcons.
