Children are missing in a small village within Fairtalia. Eleven-year-olds Red and Blue wait anxiously, unsure of what monster threatens them. But when they discover the beast, they don't expect to be betrayed by the people they love. Grimm, sworn to protect the realm of Fairtalia from The Darkness, an elusive monster preying on the most vulnerable, arrives too late to save anyone but Red. Journeying deep into the woods, Red is taken to her grandmother's, where she learns there's far more to the world than the village tales she grew up with. Vowing to join Grimm to save children like her - like Blue - Red must learn about the power bestowed upon her and the powers within herself. Drawing inspiration from the Brothers Grimm, The After Case Red Aminu is a dark and haunted tale of our most twisted childhood fears.
