Un vin excelent pentru carnea de vita la gratar, preparatele din carne de miel, legume corpolente, branzeturi mature si deserturi cu ciocolata neagra, amara. Se va domoli frumos in urmatorii 5-7 ani, dar pentru taninurile mature merita pastrata intre 10-15 ani.
