Using natural materials to emphasise a state of calm, there is bleached wood and smooth stone, warm earth tones and unobtrusive lighting; there are shapes and forms that link into the natural environment, flowers that might be butterflies, a flock of terracotta sheep in relief on a wall, traditional prints and designs that link to the culture and philosophy behind innovative food and the latest cocktail.
