Lebanese drama directed by Nadine Labaki. Zain (Zain Al Rafeea), a 12-year-old Lebanese boy serving a five-year sentence for committing a violent crime, makes an audacious attempt to sue his parents for bringing him into the world.
Zain's resentment stems from what he witnesses at home, including his parents selling their eleven-year-old daughter to a sleazy shopkeeper, and is what forces him to flee from home in the first place where he is taken in by an illegal immigrant from Ethiopia.
