To win, you must find out three things – WHO did it, WHAT spell or item was used and WHERE the student was attacked.On your turn roll both dice and see where your roll takes you.If you move to a location other than The Burrow, make a suggestion of a suspect, an item and the location you are in, i.e. I think Snatchers did it with the Cursed Necklace in Gringotts.If a player has one of the mystery cards you suggested they show it ONLY to you – if they have more than one card they choose which card to show.Once you have gathered all the clues, use your roll to go The Burrow to make your accusation. Name the suspect, item and location you think are correct, i.e. I accuse Peter Pettigrew with the Jinxed Broomstick in Malfoy Manor.Now secretly look at the cards in the envelope – if your accusation is right you win the game BUT if your accusation is wrong you are eliminated from the game. You must still show cards to help other players.
