Will survived his first foray into Omega, but as the game's true purpose comes to light, Will is thrust back into the darkness of an all-too-familiar post-apocalyptic landscape. Only, this time, the rules have changed...
No Second Chances mode means no respawns, and with death in the game equaling real world death, Will can't afford to make any mistakes. Not an easy task when Melee Madness mode restricts combat to the hand-to-hand variety, and missteps equal pain. Then there's the obnoxious achievement alerts constantly chiming in Will's ears at the most inopportune moments, seemingly designed with the sole purpose of getting him killed.
Worse yet, in addition to Omega's usual stable of beasts and bandits, it's player versus player and Will's small inexperienced party is no match for the team of highly skilled and well-armed soldiers facing off against them. Oh, yeah, and let's not forget the addition of a few new unbeatable baddies.
With the odds stacked against him, and the fate of humanity hanging in the balance, can Will find a way to survive? Only one way to find out...
