Classic French comic thriller in which Vincent (George Chakiris), a gentleman thief, attempts to steal the Mona Lisa from the Louvre in Paris. Along the way he falls in love with Nicole (Marina Vlady), a pretty young maid, and has to keep out of the way of the police who are bumbling but persistent.
