This document includes information regarding the personal data collected by Direct Client Services SRL (hereinafter referred to as Carturesti), as Data Operator of the personal data which you (as Data Subject) provide to us, for the electronic commerce activity through the website carturesti.ro and through other technologies and tools associated with the online presence of Carturesti.

Direct Client Services SRL acts as Controller of the personal data which you (as Data Subject) provide to us.

2. Why we need this data

We require this data in order to provide the following services:

• First and last name, address and phone number in order to invoice and deliver your ordered products and services. Delivery will be performed by our own means or by shipping companies endorsed by us.

• For received and initiated phone calls through the carturesti call center, the calls can be recorded in order to improve our services. In this situation, you will be informed at the beginning of the call.

3. How we use this information

Your data is collected by Direct Client Services SRL, with its registered office in Bucharest, 15 Painter Arthur Verona St., Building A1, District 1, represented by Mrs. Lucica Nicoleta Iordan.

Data storage is performed in Romania, at one of our registered or secondary offices or at our endorsed providers, based on services agreements.

As the case may be, your personal data can be shared with certain endorsed providers (express courier, postal services, services used by carturesti.ro in order to perform shipment, payment, order processing, commercial purposes and marketing operations et cetera). Their list is available here.

At the expiration of the previously mentioned term, all personal data will be irremediably erased (except for those necessary for various tax duties or other legal obligations), while the non-personal data which cannot be used to identify the participant will be used, solely, as statistical data, used grouped, for strategic purposes.

If you had expressed your consent to receive a newsletter, your e-mail address will be stored until you chose to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing will be accessible through the link provided in each newsletter.

5. What are your rights?

If, at any moment, the participant considers that any personal data which Carturesti holds is incorrect or incomplete, he has the possibility to request to see, correct or erase this information.
