Residual Waste

Residual Waste is set in a small Staffordshire town where public services and residents are under increasing financial pressures. Both the Chelford Town Recycling Centre and the Town End Care Home face the threat of closure and there is a constant drive to cut costs. The local MP, Tobias Argent, is plotting to close down the recycling centre using devious methods. Meanwhile, a series of burglaries occur at the recycling centre and the care home and in each case the evidence points to an inside job.
