Sean Connery and Candice Bergen star in this adventure drama written and directed by John Milius. When feared Moroccan Sheik Raisuli (Connery) storms into the residency of a wealthy American family, he proceeds to kidnap Eden Pedecaris (Bergen) and her children with the hopes of causing an international incident. When Raisuli presents his outrageous ransom demands, President Theodore Roosevelt (Brian Keith) sends American troops to rescue the hostages.
