Vinul este evoluat, cu miros de cirese coapte, zmeura si note de tabac. Taninurile maturate si lemnul de stejar bine integrat fac ca acest vin sa fie ferm dar suplu. Pentru a pastra aromele delicate, interventia tehnologica a fost redusa la minim, de aceea este normal ca vinul sa prezinte usoare depuneri.
Se serveste la 17° C acompaniat de carne alba sau rosie, vanat, paste sau branza.

Ripe tannins and well integrated oak give a firm but supple wine.To preserve the delicate flavors, technological intervention has been kept to minimum; therefore a light deposit on the bottom of the bottle could be a normal occurrence.
