Writing Composition

"Writing Skills for the Middle East" is a series designed to teach and practice the skills required to write well. Beginning with the formation of letters, it goes on to discuss what makes a good story and offers guidelines in compositional technique. It also covers different types of informational writing - biographical, technical, scientific, reportorial - and gives due emphasis to developing those skills of planning, drafting, editing and presentation that are so essential to effective communication.
