Dramatic Turn Of Events is the eleventh studio album from progessive metal band Dream Theater. Following the much-reported departure of drummer Mike Portnoy, it is the band's first record with worldclass sticksman Mike Mangini.
"We have poured our hearts and minds into the creation of this album," states keyboardist Jordan Rudess. "All the life changing events that surrounded us before, as well as during the whole process, fuelled our desire to dig deep within ourselves and create the best music we possibly could."
