Cosmin has an experience of more than three decades as an entrepreneur, CEO, consultant and educator. He has worked in team and organizational transformation for more than ten years. Previously he was co-founder and CEO of the largest market research company in Romania. He teaches a leadership course at the Executive MBA program of Maastricht School of Management in Romania and taught Corporate Responsibility & Ethics for the same program in China, Iran and Azerbaijan. He is a co-founder, and former dean and team coach at the first entrepreneurship university in Romania, where students learn and work in teams while developing their own businesses. He is trained in leadership development, team performance and team coaching in Romania, The Netherlands, US and UK.

Raluca brings to the leadership and team development field a strong business experience in management positions of almost 20 years, alongside an intense team coaching practice in the entrepreneurial environment. She managed multiple teams over the years, with a leadership span of forty people at times, from the operational field to research and sales. The teams she led generated sales of many millions of Euro, creating value for customers, colleagues and partners. Raluca was the University’s head coach for The Entrepreneurship Academy and team coach for many young entrepreneurs, developing their team leadership capabilities. She is trained in leadership development, team performance and team coaching in Romania, The Netherlands, US and UK.
