Membrii trupei Linkin Park abandoneaza sound-ul experimental si se intorc la radacini, la rock-ul alternativ care i-a facut celebri.“The Hunting Party” este albumul care celebreaza aceasta revenire, venit dupa “Living Things” care a marcat o perioada de cautare si incercare de redescoperire a identitatii trupei. Inceputul pare promitator, noul proiect Linkin Park a primit critici pozitive in ceea ce priveste intregul, care a fost realizat tinandu-se cont de cele mai mici detalii. Albumul contine cateva colaborari de bun augur si este definit de o maturitate combinata cu nostalgia anilor 2000.
