“People fall in love without reason, without even wanting to. You can't predict it. That's love.” Nota 8

de Madalina Dobre | 25/07/2019 21:08

A Japanese noir. A freelance journalist aged 34, looking for a missing call girl without leaving a trace, returns to the place of their last meeting, the Dolphin Hotel in Sapporo. But the small hotel in which the man had stayed with the girl has turned into a luxurious hotel where, taking the elevator of the personnel, it can happen to be transported in a dark and frozen space inhabited by inhuman presences. Within this frightening dimension a diabolical intertwining of death, corruption and madness begins to emerge, but also of abysmal solitude.
