Each unit is divided into two parts: in the first part the grammar structure is explained in a clear and concise way; in the second part there are a series of exercises in order of increasing difficulty, from controlled practice to dialogues and communicative activities. The progression of rules and exercises is in line with the most widely-used language courses. The vocabulary used in the exercises also increases in difficulty and quantity throughout the book. For this reason there is a Wortschatz, a list of new vocabulary, which students can use to help them do the exercises.
