- Strategy & Positioning Refine AudioTribe's brand identity, positioning, and messaging architecture across all channels. Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and new market opportunities. Set quarterly marketing goals and own the KPIs - subscriber growth, retention, brand awareness, CAC, LTV.
- Digital Campaigns & Growth Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels. Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers where needed; manage briefs, timelines, and budgets. Build and manage organic growth through social media, editorial content, and partnerships with influencers and reading communities.
- Messaging, Copy & Content Maintain the brand's voice guidelines; ensure consistency across app, website, email, and social. Produce or direct the production of copy for campaigns, push notifications, email sequences, landing pages, and in-app messaging. Create and oversee an editorial content calendar that connects AudioTribe's catalogue to cultural moments, reader interests, and seasonal hooks.
- UX & Customer Experience Collaborate with product and design on UX writing: onboarding flows, empty states, tooltips, and in-app communications. Own lifecycle marketing and CRM: build automated email and push flows that improve activation, engagement, and churn reduction. Gather and synthesize qualitative customer feedback to inform messaging and product priorities.
- Brand & Community Leverage the Cărturești relationship: co-create campaigns, in-store activations, and cross-promotional moments that bridge physical and digital. Build relationships with authors, publishers, literary communities, and reading clubs in Romania and beyond. Represent AudioTribe at events, podcasts, press opportunities, and industry moments.

ȘI CEVA ÎN PLUS:
Ideally, you have 2-3 years of marketing experience, with at least some of that in a B2C digital product, subscription, or media company. You're a strong writer in Romanian, and comfortable working in English for international contexts. You've run digital campaigns end-to-end: brief → creative → targeting → reporting → iteration. You understand UX writing and know how the words inside a product shape the experience and retention curve. You're comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) and make decisions with data, but don't hide behind it. You can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping quality. You have genuine cultural curiosity about books, audio, storytelling, and what Romanian readers care about. Startup experience is a strong plus. The ability to build without a large team is essential.Stuff that makes you stand out Experience in the book, media, publishing, or entertainment industry.
